  隔音涂料K95，环保安全，由新型的水性高性能阻尼树脂加入适量的其它阻尼类原材料，隔音材料以及相关水性助剂配制而成，其中包含阻尼颜填料、隔音原料、补强材料、阻尼防腐材料、阻燃剂等，是一种可涂覆在各种金属板状结构、电器、机械装备、建筑物的表面上，具有减振降噪、隔音、一定密封性能的功能性涂料，主要用于各类铝单板、汽车底盘里外、高速列车、飞机、船舶、轨道交通、发动机舱、轿车后备箱、特种车辆、客车行李箱、集装箱，空调风管、车床、机床、磨床、风机、空调、下水管道、钢结构、隔声罩、电箱、球磨机等的结构减振降噪和表面防护。

Soundproof coating K95, which is environmentally friendly and safe, is formulated by adding a suitable amount of other damping raw materials, soundproof materials, and related water-based additives to a novel water-based high-performance damping resin. It contains damping pigments and fillers, soundproofing raw materials, reinforcement materials, damping anti-corrosion materials, flame retardants, etc. It is a functional coating that can be applied to the surfaces of various metal plate structures, electrical appliances, mechanical equipment, and buildings, providing vibration reduction, noise reduction, soundproofing, and certain sealing properties. It is mainly used for structural vibration reduction and noise reduction, as well as surface protection, in various applications such as aluminum veneer, automotive chassis interior and exterior, high-speed trains, aircraft, ships, rail transit, engine compartments, car trunks, special vehicles, passenger car luggage compartments, containers, air conditioning ducts, lathes, machine tools, grinding machines, fans, air conditioners, sewage pipes, steel structures, soundproof covers, electrical boxes, ball mills, etc.

  该产品可以直接施工在钢铁、铝板、铜皮等金属基材表面和众多复合材料的表面，附着力特好。所有产品均符合国家和行业标准。其原理是将振动机械能转化为热能耗散掉，即从声（振）源上有效地控制振动和噪声。声音主要的传播途径有两种，一种是通过基材传播，一种是通过空气传播。在声音传播至空气之前，采用一系列方法减震消音是现代减震降噪的其中首选方式之一。将该产品涂刷在噪音产生的设备或噪音传播的基材表面，可有效控制声音传播，降低能量等级，从而起到隔音降噪的作用。 视厚度而定，一般涂层厚度为 2 毫米到 5 毫米以上，或者更厚，根据中高低频和环境音源等条件，实验录得数据降噪减震隔音阻尼效果不同，仅供参考。具体效果要根据使用在不同物体和环境为准，厚度越厚，隔音和阻尼效果越好。

This product can be directly applied to the surfaces of metal substrates such as steel, aluminum plates, copper sheets, and various composite materials, exhibiting excellent adhesion. All products comply with national and industry standards. Its principle involves converting vibrational mechanical energy into thermal energy for dissipation, effectively controlling vibration and noise at the source. There are primarily two ways for sound to propagate: through the substrate and through the air. Before sound propagates into the air, employing a series of methods to reduce vibration and noise is one of the preferred methods in modern shock absorption and noise reduction. By applying this product to equipment that generates noise or to the surfaces of substrates that transmit noise, sound propagation can be effectively controlled, energy levels can be reduced, and thus sound insulation and noise reduction can be achieved. Depending on the thickness, the general coating thickness ranges from 2mm to over 5mm, or even thicker. Experimental data recorded shows varying noise reduction, shock absorption, sound insulation, and damping effects based on conditions such as medium, high, and low frequencies, as well as environmental sound sources. These data are for reference only. The specific effect depends on the usage on different objects and environments. The thicker the coating, the better the sound insulation and damping effects.

类 型：阻尼材料隔音吸音纤维及丙烯酸共聚化合物。

涂刷面积：理论值：1㎡/1.5～1.7kg/1mm厚；如此类推，不同厚度，所需量不同。

Painting area: Theoretical value: 1㎡/1.5～1.7kg/1mm thickness; similarly, different thicknesses require different amounts.

施工温度：≥5℃。

Construction temperature: ≥5℃.

施工工艺：看需要厚度，看施工环境和材质，可以刮涂、喷涂，一般为喷涂。

Construction process: Depending on the required thickness, construction environment, and material, methods such as scraping and spraying can be used, with spraying being the most common.

喷涂：用真石漆喷枪，施工方法像喷真石漆那样；若需厚度 0.3 公分（厘米），1 平方米/4.5公斤以上 ，墙身可以喷一次成型，如此类推；重新喷涂时间一般超过 72 小时（3天）；根据不同厚度、通风和天气情况的不同，时间会有差距。

Spraying: Use a real stone paint spray gun, and apply the paint in the same way as spraying real stone paint. If a thickness of 0.3 cm (centimeters) is required, apply more than 4.5 kilograms per square meter. The wall can be sprayed once to achieve the desired shape, and so on. The re-spraying time is generally more than 72 hours (3 days); the time may vary depending on different thicknesses, ventilation, and weather conditions.

颜 色：由于隔音涂料含有阻尼材料特有的性能，不能调色或者可以调色，会有些许色差，无法像普通涂料调色那么标准，（提示：由于表面凹凸不平，不同角度，不同光线看，颜色会略有差别）。（另外：其中有一个产品品种为黑灰色，无法调颜色。需要调颜色，就要使用白颜色面漆或者其它颜色面漆）

Color: Due to the unique properties of damping materials contained in soundproofing coatings, color adjustment is either not possible or, if possible, may result in slight color differences, making it impossible to achieve the standard color adjustment like ordinary coatings. (Note: Due to uneven surface texture, the color may vary slightly depending on the viewing angle and lighting conditions.) (Additionally, one product variety is black gray and cannot be color-adjusted. If color adjustment is required, white or another color topcoat should be used.)

注 意：水泥、GRG板、石膏板，建议要先刮涂高质量好的腻子，干透，再喷涂隔音涂料。 如果是金属板，要求不能生锈、油污，墙体要干燥不能松动发霉等等。

Note: For cement, GRG board, and gypsum board, it is recommended to apply high-quality putty first, allow it to dry thoroughly, and then spray soundproof coating. For metal boards, they must be free from rust and oil stains, and the wall must be dry, without any looseness or mold.

干糙时间：表干：大于 300 分钟/30℃，实干：72 小时以上。（看厚度，一般通风的情况下）

Drying time: surface dry: more than 300 minutes/30℃, fully dry: more than 72 hours. (Depending on thickness, under normal ventilation conditions)

敬 告：（户外、外墙等工程作业喷涂，一定不能在下雨天施工，施工后，通常3天到5天内不能下雨，注意留意天气预报。）基层必须是干净的干燥的金属或者混凝土的表面，尤其应注意不能有漏水潮湿痕迹，不可在基层上留有油污。如原基面已经损坏或有严重裂缝，应先进行修补。喷涂后的隔音涂料层应保持良好的干燥维护，如果工程有必要，固化72小时后可进行修整、装饰等其他工序。喷涂后的施工现场应及时清理，将回弹料及落地料装袋清除现场。

Caution: (For outdoor and exterior wall painting and other engineering work, construction must not be carried out on rainy days. After construction, it is usually not allowed to rain for 3 to 5 days. Pay attention to the weather forecast.) The base layer must be a clean and dry surface of metal or concrete, with particular attention paid to the absence of water leakage and dampness marks, and no oil stains should be left on the base layer. If the original base surface is damaged or has severe cracks, it should be repaired first. The soundproof coating layer after painting should be maintained in good dry condition. If necessary for the project, finishing, decoration, and other processes can be carried out after curing for 72 hours. The construction site after painting should be cleaned up in a timely manner, and rebound materials and fallen materials should be bagged and removed from the site.

安全储存：避免阳光直射、在阴凉、通风、干燥处储存，保持容器严格密封，温度为5～25℃范围内贮存，严防霜冻。应与强酸、强碱、强氧化剂、食物和动物饲料隔离存放。

Safe storage: Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, keep the container tightly sealed, store at a temperature within the range of 5～25℃, and strictly prevent frost. It should be stored separately from strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, food, and animal feed.

废弃处置：本品废弃物及包装物的处置，应符合国家和地方的废弃物处置法规，交有资质的专业公司处置。

Waste disposal: The disposal of waste and packaging materials from this product should comply with national and local waste disposal regulations and be entrusted to qualified professional companies for disposal.

防火要求：符合GB 8624-2012国家标准。

环保性能：符合GB 30981.1-2025国家标准。

声学要求：符合符合GB/T 20247-2006/ISO 354：2003国家标准；

     符合GB/T 19889.3-2026和GB/T 45305.2-2025国家标准。

     符合GB/T 19889.7-2022和GB/T 19889.8-2006国家标准。
