施工说明 Construction Instructions
系统结构：
★基面：现浇混凝土板（见下面的基面质量要求）。
★隔音涂料：喷涂或者刮涂相对应厚度的隔音涂料。
★隔音涂料使用量：3.9kg/㎡/3mm 厚； 6.5kg/㎡/5mm 厚； 可根据现场楼板平整度等情况灵活掌握。

基面要求：
★所用现浇混凝土的质量必须稳定。
★无油污、无蜡质、无松动的灰渣、无凸出于地面的钢筋、铁钉，无浮尘。
★不能有漏水、积水或者非常潮湿的地面，地面保持洁净干爽。
★如原有基面已经损坏或者有严重裂缝，坑洼过大明显，应先进行修补到相对平整。
★尽量保持地面平整度，有利于提高喷涂效率。
★做好各种安全措施，严格按工地管理规定执行，穿戴好防护和劳保用品。
★建议使用都彭牌隔音涂料，确保楼板撞击声的改善量。
Base requirements:

★ If the original base surface has been damaged or has serious cracks, and the potholes are too large and obvious, it should be repaired to a relatively flat surface first.
★ Try to maintain the flatness of the ground as much as possible, which is beneficial for improving spraying efficiency.
★ Take various safety measures, strictly follow the construction site management regulations, and wear protective and labor protection equipment.
★ It is recommended to use Dupeng brand soundproof coating to ensure the improvement of floor impact sound.
施工条件：
★基面温度：≥3℃ ； 环境温度：≥5℃ 。
★施工方法：喷涂和刮涂，根据现场情况灵活选择。
★工具：喷涂机或者刮涂工具：
自流平水泥或环氧地坪施工塑胶地板地面刮板耙子带齿耙子、 手电钻和螺旋叶片钻杆。 Construction conditions:

施工步骤：
★清洁地面：用空气压缩机或者清水喷涂地面，地面过于干燥，容易引起气泡、气孔现象，此现象为正常现象，不影响产品性能和撞击声改善量， 由于后期还需要水泥砂浆找平铺地砖或者木地板等，所以对后期外观也无影响。
★喷涂：
①调试喷涂设备，应严格按照设备操作说明，以保持隔音涂料喷涂速度均匀稳定。与 图纸核对效验，确定隔音喷涂部位，对非喷涂部位应做标记和注意必要的防护。
②将隔音涂料搅拌均匀倒入喷涂机器中，可适量加水，加水量不应超过15% 。
③根据设计要求喷涂相对应厚度的隔音涂料，3mm和5mm都可以一遍喷涂完成，如需重复喷涂，建议间隔三天以上，超过5mm，需要分2次施工，否则容易因为涂层过厚导致开裂。
④喷涂时，喷枪枪嘴与施工基面距离控制在0.7m以内，可根据喷涂习惯和喷涂设备进行调整。
⑤喷涂后的隔音涂料干燥维护，如有需要，固化36小时候可进行修整、装饰等其他工序。
⑥喷涂后的施工现场应及时清理，将回弹及落地料装袋清理现场。
⑦隔音喷涂施工时应与其他作业密切配合，如果发现铺设各种线管和套管，应核对预留洞孔及预埋件的位置。
⑧预防产生声桥，四周墙可以做一道上翻，且上翻高度不宜小于10mm。
⑨清洁工具：施工后立即用清水清洁所有施工工具和设备；机器清洁请参考机器使用说明。
★刮涂：
①清洁地面：详细要求和喷涂清洁地面要求相同。
②将隔音涂料适量加水搅拌均匀后倒在地面，加水量不应超过15% 。
③使用刮涂专用工具，将隔音涂料均匀的刮涂在地面。厚度根据设计要求施工。
④清洁工具：施工后立即用清水清洁所有施工工具和设备。
Construction steps:
★ Cleaning the floor: Spray the floor with an air compressor or clean water. If the floor is too dry, it can easily cause bubbles and air holes, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect product performance or the improvement of impact sound. As cement mortar is needed to lay flat tiles or wooden floors in the later stage, it will not affect the appearance in the later stage.
★ Spraying:
① Debugging the spraying equipment should strictly follow the equipment operation instructions to maintain a uniform and stable spraying speed of the soundproof coating. Verify with the drawings to determine the location of the sound insulation coating. Non coating areas should be marked and necessary protection measures should be taken.
② Mix the soundproof coating evenly and pour it into the spraying machine. Add an appropriate amount of water, which should not exceed 15%.
③ Spray the corresponding thickness of soundproof coating according to the design requirements. Both 3mm and 5mm can be sprayed in one go. If repeated spraying is required, it is recommended to wait for more than three days. If it exceeds 5mm, it needs to be applied in two stages, otherwise it is easy to crack due to excessive coating thickness.
④ When spraying, the distance between the nozzle of the spray gun and the construction surface should be controlled within 0.7m, which can be adjusted according to spraying habits and spraying equipment.
⑤ After spraying, the soundproof coating should be dried and maintained. If necessary, it can be cured for 36 hours before undergoing other processes such as trimming and decoration.
⑥ The construction site after spraying should be cleaned up in a timely manner, and rebound and falling materials should be bagged and cleaned up on site.
⑦ During the construction of sound insulation spraying, it should be closely coordinated with other operations. If various conduits and sleeves are found to be laid, the positions of reserved holes and embedded parts should be checked.
⑧ To prevent the formation of sound bridges, the surrounding walls can be flipped up, and the height of the flip up should not be less than 10mm.
⑨ Cleaning tools: Immediately clean all construction tools and equipment with clean water after construction; Please refer to the machine instructions for machine cleaning.
★ Scratching:
① Cleaning the floor: The detailed requirements are the same as those for spraying and cleaning the floor.
② Mix an appropriate amount of soundproofing coating with water and pour it onto the ground. The amount of water added should not exceed 15%.
③ Use a special scraping tool to evenly scrape the soundproof coating onto the ground. The thickness shall be constructed according to the design requirements.
④ Cleaning tools: Immediately clean all construction tools and equipment with clean water after construction.
施工注意事项：
★建筑物、地板、墙体要求坚实、无松散物、无油污蜡质、无浮尘、耐水、干燥、清洁。如已被霉菌侵蚀，要求先处理干净，才能刮涂或者喷涂。部分有坑洞的地面，按实际情况是否要 修补平整。有的地面需要充分时候后，微干爽无积水才适合喷涂施工，否则会因地面太干燥， 吸水过快引起气泡或者气孔现象。每次喷涂、刮涂，单遍厚度不能超过5mm，否则会因涂层过厚导致容易开裂。超过5mm应分两次施工。
★使用时应充分搅拌均匀后方能喷涂或者刮涂，如果确认稠度过大，出料困难，可适量加水搅拌均匀后再喷涂（加水量不应超过15%）。切勿加水过量，以免出现施工流挂、干膜脱落、遮 盖力差、干燥速度慢等缺陷。
★喷涂器械使用完毕后，应及时用水清水。如遇中途停机，必须将物料密封，防止风干，同时 将吸料部位和压力喷枪置于水中，防止风干结膜。余料须密封保存，风干、结膜的物料严禁 再用。请在保质期内使用。打开盖后尽快用完。
★本品表干前禁止淋雨和泼水，或者行走，或者重物覆盖和重压。
★搬动时注意安全，打开后放到小孩接触不到的地方。
★施工时请使用熟练工人，注意身体安全保护，不慎入眼，请马上用清水清洗或马上看医生。 或者部分容易过敏的人接触皮肤要马上用清水清洗，不能食用，施工时建议戴口罩。
★高空作业必须绑安全带，做好各种安全措施，严格按工地管理规定执行。
★当气温低于零下5度时停止施工或者咨询厂家技术部。
★一般间隔涂装要3天以上，看具体施工环境和要求厚度而定。
★储存：本品应在阴凉、通风、干燥处，温度为5～25℃范围内贮存。严防霜冻，夏天应避免曝晒和高温，防止表面干结。保持容器严格密封，应与强酸、强碱、强氧化剂、食物和动物饲料隔离存放。
★废弃处置：本品废弃物及包装物的处置，应符合国家和地方的废弃物处置法规，交有资质的专业公司处置。
Construction precautions:
★Buildings, floors, and walls must be solid, free of loose materials, oil and wax, floating dust, water resistance, dryness, and cleanliness. If it has been eroded by mold, it is required to clean it before scraping or spraying. Should the ground with some potholes be repaired and leveled according to the actual situation. Some floors require sufficient time to be slightly dry and free of standing water before they are suitable for spraying construction, otherwise bubbles or air holes may occur due to the floor being too dry and absorbing water too quickly. Each time spraying or scraping, the thickness of a single layer should not exceed 5mm, otherwise the coating may crack easily due to excessive thickness. Construction should be carried out in two stages if it exceeds 5mm.
★ When using, it should be thoroughly stirred before spraying or scraping. If it is confirmed that the thickness is too thick and difficult to discharge, water can be added appropriately and stirred evenly before spraying (the amount of water added should not exceed 15%). Do not add too much water to avoid defects such as construction sagging, dry film peeling, poor covering power, and slow drying speed.
★ After using the spraying equipment, it should be promptly rinsed with water. In case of mid stop, the material must be sealed to prevent air drying, and the suction part and pressure spray gun should be placed in water to prevent air drying of the film. Surplus materials must be sealed and stored, and materials that have been air dried or coated with film are strictly prohibited from being reused. Please use within the shelf life. Use up as soon as possible after opening the lid.
★ This product should not be exposed to rain, splashed with water, walked, covered with heavy objects, or subjected to heavy pressure before drying.
★ Pay attention to safety when moving and keep out of reach of children after opening.
★ During construction, please use skilled workers and pay attention to personal safety protection. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, please clean it with water immediately or see a doctor immediately. People who are prone to allergies should immediately wash their skin with clean water and should not consume it. It is recommended to wear a mask during construction.
★ High altitude operations must be secured with safety belts, various safety measures must be taken, and strict adherence to construction site management regulations must be followed.
★ Stop construction or consult the manufacturer's technical department when the temperature drops below minus 5 degrees Celsius.
★ Generally, the interval for painting should be more than 3 days, depending on the specific construction environment and required thickness.
★ Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place at a temperature range of 5-25 ℃. Strictly prevent frost, avoid exposure to sunlight and high temperatures in summer, and prevent surface drying. Keep the container tightly sealed and store it separately from strong acids, alkalis, oxidants, food, and animal feed.
★ Waste disposal: The disposal of waste and packaging materials of this product should comply with national and local waste disposal regulations and be handed over to qualified professional companies for disposal.
养护方法：
★干燥固化期间的成品维护，为确保成品不受污染，可进行铺盖、遮挡等方式；涂层还没有干透时，禁止行走，或者堆放物体，或者洒水，或者浸水等，喷涂层表面严禁机器设备碰撞碾 压。表干2天到3天。完全干透，一般7天以上。正常人在上面行走3天之后，如果要进行下一道工序建议7天以后。
★施工结束涂层干透之后要进行保护，尽可能减少磕碰等人为现象，不可经受重型设备、机械 辗压，应避免其它重型建筑材料堆放、拖曳划伤，防止破坏。如出现划伤脱落现象，请及时进行修补。对于毛坯交楼住宅建筑，可暂不做保护层，待业主装修时再定。但也要做好相应保护，同时避免长时间泡水。
Maintenance method:
★ During the drying and curing period, maintenance of the finished product can be carried out by covering, blocking, and other methods to ensure that the product is not contaminated; When the coating is not completely dry, it is forbidden to walk, stack objects, sprinkle water, or immerse in water. The surface of the sprayed layer is strictly prohibited from being bumped or crushed by machinery and equipment. Dry for 2 to 3 days. Completely dry, usually takes more than 7 days. After a normal person walks on it for 3 days, it is recommended to proceed to the next process after 7 days.
★ After the construction is completed and the coating is dry, protection should be carried out to minimize human phenomena such as collisions. It should not be subjected to heavy equipment or mechanical rolling, and other heavy building materials should be avoided from stacking, dragging, and scratching to prevent damage. If scratches or detachment occur, please repair them promptly. For unfinished residential buildings, protective layers can be temporarily omitted and can be determined when the owner is renovating. But corresponding protection should also be taken, while avoiding prolonged soaking in water.
