防火吸音涂料的原理：

The principle of fireproof sound-absorbing paint:

      防火吸音材料底下的部分孔相连通，表面体现劈尖状态，形状不一样，就像同时存在大小不同的微型扩散体一样，功能优越。声波在一定场所，受空间影响后，会产生驻波而干扰声音音质。消除中低频驻波的办法有两种：扩散和吸收。声波碰到物体表面后，一部分被吸收，一部分被反射。吸收原理：当声波入射到多孔涂饰表面时，进入孔隙内部，引起孔隙内部的空气振动，由于摩擦、空气粘滞阻力和内部的热传导作用，使相当一部分声能转化成热能，使声波衰减，反射声减弱而达到吸声的目的。简单说就是声能在不同介质的传播过程中能量的转化，声能转化成其他能消耗掉。劈尖扩散原理：声波从峰尖到峰底经过多次折射，被多次吸收由机械能转化成内能消耗掉，从而达到降低噪音的目的，避免声波反射影响原声的音质。吸声劈尖是使声音在相邻两个劈尖吸声体之间多次反射，使绝大部分声音在多次反射中被吸收，只有极弱的声音被反射；也就是说,声波撞击到材料表面后能量损失的现象,从而有效地减少驻波和颤动回声，达到良好的吸音和扩散的效果！

The underlying part of the fireproof sound-absorbing material is interconnected, and its surface exhibits a wedge-like state with varying shapes, akin to the presence of micro-diffusers of different sizes, offering superior functionality. In certain spaces, sound waves, influenced by the environment, can generate standing waves that disrupt sound quality. There are two methods to eliminate low- and mid-frequency standing waves: diffusion and absorption. When sound waves encounter an object surface, some are absorbed and some are reflected. The absorption principle is as follows: when sound waves are incident on a porous coating surface, they enter the pores, causing air vibrations inside. Due to friction, air viscosity resistance, and internal heat conduction, a considerable amount of sound energy is converted into heat energy, attenuating the sound waves and reducing the reflected sound, thus achieving sound absorption. Simply put, it is the energy conversion of sound waves during their propagation through different media, where sound energy is converted into other forms of energy and consumed. The wedge-like diffusion principle involves multiple refractions of sound waves from the peak to the base, which are absorbed multiple times and converted from mechanical energy into internal energy, thus reducing noise and preventing sound wave reflections from affecting the original sound quality. Sound absorption wedges are designed to enable multiple reflections between two adjacent wedges, allowing most of the sound to be absorbed through multiple reflections, with only very weak sound being reflected. In other words, the phenomenon of energy loss occurs when sound waves hit the material surface, effectively reducing standing waves and flutter echoes, thus achieving good sound absorption and diffusion effects!

规 格： 17kg/桶，20kg/桶。干粉类：20kg/包，25kg/包。

涂 布 率：理论值：1㎡/1.3kg/1mm厚；干粉类20kg: 1㎡/3.6kg/1cm厚；25kg: 1㎡/4.5--5kg/1cm厚

施工说明：桶装材料不要加水稀释，施工前，搅拌均匀；加水会破坏涂料，影响干燥和附着力以及防火吸音效果。袋装干粉需要加水，比例根据说明。

Construction instructions: Do not dilute the barrelled materials with water. Stir them evenly before application; adding water will damage the paint, affecting drying, adhesion, as well as fireproofing and sound absorption effects. Bagged dry powder requires water, and the proportion should be according to the instructions.

施工方法：先刮腻子（有些底材不需要刮腻子），干透，再喷涂。建议厚度至少要3mm以上（喷涂1遍成型）。用10mm口径的真石漆喷枪，后面底下螺丝松开，拉杆拉到后面恰当位置，保持最大出料。施工方法像喷真石漆那样；若需厚度达0.5cm，1㎡/5kg到6kg，墙身可以喷一次成型；天花顶需要喷二遍成活，如此类推；重新喷涂时间一般超过48小时；看通风和天气情况。

Construction method: First, apply putty (some substrates do not require puttying), allow it to dry thoroughly, and then proceed with spraying. It is recommended that the thickness be at least 3mm or more (one coat of spraying is sufficient for molding). Use a 10mm-diameter real stone paint spray gun, loosen the screws at the back, adjust the lever to the appropriate position, and maintain maximum material discharge. The construction method is similar to spraying real stone paint; if a thickness of 0.5cm is required, use 1㎡/5kg to 6kg, and the wall can be sprayed once for molding; the ceiling needs to be sprayed twice to achieve success, and so on; the re-spraying time is generally more than 48 hours; it depends on ventilation and weather conditions.

颜 色：色泽丰富，请阅读色卡。由于防火乳液和吸音纤维特有的性能，调颜色方面只能5到6成接近色卡，无法像普通涂料乳胶漆调色那么标准。如果某些工程对颜色要求一致性非常严格，先喷吸音涂料，24小时后，在表面再喷涂二层同颜色的吸音乳胶漆，这样一般都可以达到颜色一致要求，但是会少量影响吸音效果，所以一般建议不要再喷面漆罩色；（提示：由于表面凹凸不平，不同角度，不同光线看，颜色会略有差别）；如果需要接近相对平面效果，请用平嘴枪嘴，直着喷，不要倾斜，喷涂之后，根据需求，可以用刮涂工具，刮平一下，需要技巧。如果需要凹凸感比较强，一般倾斜45度角来喷涂，调整风力，灵活掌握，根据现场情况。

Color: Rich in hue, please refer to the color card. Due to the unique properties of fire-resistant lotion and sound-absorbing fiber, the color can only be adjusted to be 50% to 60% similar to the color card, and cannot be as standardized as ordinary paint latex paint. If certain projects have very strict requirements for color consistency, it is recommended to first spray sound-absorbing paint, and after 24 hours, spray two coats of sound-absorbing latex paint of the same color on the surface. This generally meets the color consistency requirements, but it may slightly affect the sound-absorbing effect, so it is generally advised not to spray a top coat for color covering; (Note: Due to uneven surfaces, the color may vary slightly from different angles and under different lighting conditions); If a relatively flat effect is required, please use a flat nozzle and spray straightly without tilting. After spraying, depending on the needs, you can use a scraping tool to smooth it out, which requires skill. If a stronger uneven feel is desired, generally spray at a 45-degree angle, adjust the wind force, and flexibly control it according to the on-site situation.

干糙时间：表干：大于24小时/30℃实干：7天以上。（看厚度，一般通风的情况下）

施工温度：≥5℃

安全储存：避免阳光直射、在阴凉、通风、干燥处储存，保持容器严格密封，温度为5～25℃范围内贮存，严防霜冻。应与强酸、强碱、强氧化剂、食物和动物饲料隔离存放。

Safe storage: Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, keep the container tightly sealed, store at a temperature within the range of 5～25℃, and strictly prevent frost.
